1.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use our mobile app, we automatically collect:

1.3 Local Storage

Our mobile app stores data locally on your device for offline functionality:

This local data syncs with our servers when you're online and is deleted when you log out or uninstall the app.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Access and Portability

You can access and export your data at any time through the app settings. We provide data in a portable format (JSON/CSV).

6.2 Correction and Updates

You can update your account information and business data directly in the app.

6.3 Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by:

6.4 Marketing Communications

You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or updating your notification preferences in the app.

7. Mobile App Permissions

Our mobile app may request the following permissions:

  • Camera: To capture appointment photos (future feature, optional)
  • Photo Library: To attach images to client records (future feature, optional)
  • Calendar: To sync appointments (future feature, optional)
  • Microphone: For voice entry and speech recognition (future feature, optional)
  • Notifications: To send reminders and alerts (you can disable anytime)

All permissions are optional. The app will function without granting these permissions, though some features may be limited.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is intended for business professionals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers, including:
