1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 6FB Mentorship services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

6FB Mentorship provides digital tools and community access for barbershop professionals, including but not limited to:

• Productivity tracking and KPI management
• AI-powered coaching and recommendations
• Content generation tools
• Business calculators and analytics
• Community access and resources

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

Some services require paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your subscription
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Our refund policy as stated at the time of purchase

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account with others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of 6FB Mentorship services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 6FB Mentorship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our services.

11. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you give your mobile number to 6FB Mentorship, or to a barbershop that uses our staff reporting tools, we may send you text messages about your own account. We do not send marketing texts through this program, and we never sell your number.

• What we send: a one time welcome message with a private link to your own page, and a recurring message linking to your own performance report.
• How often: one welcome message, then roughly one message per week. Frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard charges apply to every message you send or receive.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. If you are a barber, stopping has no effect on your job.
• For help: reply HELP to any message, or email support@6fbmentorship.com.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or your messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. We share your number only with the provider that delivers the messages you asked for.

12. Optional YouTube Discovery

6FB Content Studio may offer an optional feature that uses YouTube API Services to show public video discovery results. By using that feature, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube and Google process information under the Google Privacy Policy. Public YouTube results are shown as source references and are not used by our AI or topic-generation features. Our Privacy Policy explains the public YouTube data this feature uses and its retention and deletion behavior.
